WNS series automatic high efficiency gas steam boiler adopts the international classic structure form. The combustion chamber adopts corrugated furnace and low position arrangement, which effectively increases the heat exchange area and enhances the turbulent heat transfer of high temperature flue gas. At the same time, it effectively alleviates the problem of shortening the life of equipment caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Performance

The high efficiency gas steam boiler has over-limit water level, over-limit pressure and over-temperature automatic protection function, which is safe and reliable.
2. The equipment is highly efficient
The condenser is installed at the tail of the commercial gas boilers to recover the waste heat from the boiler flue gas, increase the boiler inlet water temperature, reduce the exhaust gas temperature, and greatly improve the boiler efficiency, thereby saving operating costs.
3. Operational safety
The corrugated furnace is used in the combustion chamber, which avoids the characteristics that the rear tube sheet is easily burned by high temperature and high smoke, ensuring safe operation of the boiler.
4. Quality control is strict
The main body of the high efficiency gas steam boiler adopts argon arc welding technology, and all welds are X-rayed, and the quality is reliable.
5. The condensing steam boiler is designed with inspection holes for internal inspection and maintenance.
6. Integrated low-gas oxide (NOx) control technology, including boiler flue gas recirculation (FGR), with low emissions.
7. The condensing steam boiler adopts fully automatic gas welding technology to achieve 100% X-ray inspection with reliable quality.
